Once new data has been inputted by the sources, email alerts are sent to the research team leads for assigning and thereafter the data is processed.

Once processed, the data is re-assigned to the publishing team whereby the decision is taken as to the quality of the information and whether to publish it or to archive it.

In addition to the sources inputting data, virtual robots are sent by the system to locate relevant information from the World Wide Web thus automatically inputting relevant data into the information database for future use.
