The Team

Instructors
All our instructors have experience at government levels where they served as instructors as well as field agents and thereafter in the private sector to provide an equilibrium between private and government requirements.

At Multi Tier Solutions, we understand, that being a superb field agent, does not necessarily enable one to instruct and thus all our instructors are former government instructors. The majority of our instructors, still serve in the Israel Security Agency as instructors for their annual reserve duty.

Field Agents
It is clear to all Multi Tier Solutions staff that services we provide can avoid tragedy. It is with this approach that the vast majority of our field staff are hand picked from the specialized elite protection units within the Israel Security Service.

We also utilize an exclusive handful of Surveillance Detection graduates where local knowledge or specific skills are necessary.

Technical and Support Staff
The support provided by our technical and support team of the highest caliber enables Multi Tier Solutions to provide integrated technical solutions tailored to our customer's requirements. Our technical and support team comprises of former Israel Defense Forces Intelligence Corps officers where they spearheaded complex technical projects.
